“There is one thing for certain...there is no room for amateurs when it comes to architectural photography. It’s a highly demanding technical battle, which you have to have a passion for!”

Greg Hocking has been specialising in the intricate field of architectural and interior photography, including aerial and landscape design since 1985. Greg’s work has appeared in books and magazines as well as advertising campaigns and to document the work of leading architectural firms both within Australia and overseas.

Greg trained as an illustrative photographer in the early 1980’s and has worked as an architectural and commercial photographer for the last 30 years. He is well respected for his ability to aesthetically define the architecture or the space and dramatically portray this relationship to the project as a whole. His photographs are characterised by critical composition, an eye for detail and an intimate understanding of light.

Greg also works for Corporations and the Mining Industry in his home state of Western Australia. Greg shoots many personal projects and is recognised as a leading Australian landscape photographer, an area which Greg has perused throughout his professional career.

His business philosophy is to combine excellent quality photography and service with a client relationship of communication, trust and reliability. Projects are completed within the expected time frames and budget parameters.
